Oasis LZSL vertical centrifugal sand pump is designed to transport slurry to laboratory equipment.

The frame of LZSL type vertical centrifugal sand pump (1) is connected with the upper end of the pump body (4),the bearing seat (9) is installed above the centrifugal wheel (5),and the lower end of the main shaft (7) is fixed with the impeller (3) rotating in the rolling bearing.The two ends of the bearing seat are capped (11) and (18) to compress the rolling bearing.The oil is also sealed inside without leaking oil.Pump body is equipped with motor base (15) and the motor,through the triangle belt drive impeller rotating in the pump chamber,using the pressure of the blade wing to press the pulp out.In order to prevent ore infiltration into the bearing spindle is equipped with a centrifugal wheel.

 

Installation and use:
1.LZSL vertical centrifugal sand pump is used in the laboratory to send pulp,can be used in a fixed position,can also be used without a fixed position,but the sand pump base must be fixed on the size of the appropriate wooden seat,to avoid the sand pump will not tip over when moving.
2.The rotary direction of the sand pump rotates clockwise.When connecting the motor,attention must be paid to the direction to ensure that the impeller is correct (note that there is a steering arrow direction on the equipment).
3.In the start of the sand pump should be full of slurry,when the slurry is added to the pump through the soft hose connected to the left or right side of the pump feed mouth,can also be from the pump into the mouth of the live cover,the discharge of the mine is also applied hose phase and discharge.
4.The maximum size of solids in the slurry is 5mm and the solid content is 25%.
5.In order to avoid slurry blockage pipeline and impeller when parking should stop the ore feeding and let it continue to run for 2-3 minutes,at the same time supply clean water and then turn off the power to stop running.
 

Lubrication of equipment:

The rolling bearing of the main shaft of the vertical sand pump shall change the lubricating oil every 3 months.Add an appropriate amount of high quality thick lubricating oil.After filling the oil,the chicken oil seal must be fastened to prevent seepage.

Safety operation rules for equipment
1.The personnel operating this machine must be educated in safety technology and read this manual carefully.
2.Any adjustment, cleaning or maintenance of the machine is strictly prohibited when the equipment is in operation.
3.The electrical equipment of the machine should be well grounded,and the wires should be installed in the insulation pipe.Install leakage protector according to the working environment.
