Working principle: the spiral chute stand up,calibrate vertical line,fixed in the appropriate position with iron frame or wood,the sand pump will be sent to the top of the spiral two feed port,add water,adjust the concentration of the ore paddle,the pulp naturally swirling from high to low.Pulp in the rotating velocity cant produce a kind of inertial centrifugal force,with the proportion of ore,the difference of particle size,shape,through the effect of gravity and centrifugal force cyclone,pulp under the action of the centrifugal inertia to the spiral groove edge extensions,then formed the flow around the thin layer,low flow velocity,flow to the outer layer thickness,the flow characteristics of high flow velocity,and mine is separated from sand.Finally, the concentrate,middling ore, tailings and slime are separated through the ore separation valve and the ore carrying tank,so as to realize the separation.
