Installation:
1. Power supply: 380V
2. Foundation: Fix the bracket foot on the cement base with expansion screws.
3. Test run: it is normal if the rotation direction is consistent with the sign.
Using:
1. The steel balls have been properly proportioned when leaving the factory, and users cannot change them at will;
2. First, let the steel ball and cylinder wall be washed clean by idling;
3. Before feeding, hold the handle tightly to rotate the cylinder and frame 90 °, with the feed opening upward, release the lock position of the handle, open the feed opening with a wrench, add water, ore, and reagent in turn, and tightly cover the feed opening. After releasing the handle to rotate 90 °, lock it and work according to the predetermined time.
4. When reclaiming, after the motor stops rotating, place the receiving basin, open the discharge port with a wrench, release and position the handle, and rotate the discharge port of the cylinder downward by 90 ° to overflow the mineral pulp. After cleaning, it can be restarted.
Routine maintenance:
1. Wash after use;
2. For intermittent use, lime water should be added to the cylinder when the equipment is not in use;
3. Add an appropriate amount of butter into the oil filler cup of the front bearing seat;
4. Frequently check the power supply voltage and grounding to ensure good condition.
