Working principle:the working part of jaw crusher is mainly divided into two jaw plate,one is fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw),
vertical (or the upper end slightly extroverted) fixed on the front wall of the body,the other is the movable jaw plate (moving jaw),the position is tilted,and the jaw plate is formed on the large and small crushing cavity (working cavity). The movable jaw makes periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw,sometimes apart, sometimes close. When separated,the material into the crushing chamber,the finished product from the jaw crusher lower discharge; Close to the material in the two jaw plate quality control received extrusion,bending and splitting action and broken.

The crushing mode of this series of jaw crusher is flexion extrusion type.The motor drives the belt and pulley to make the moving jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft.When the moving jaw rises,the Angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw becomes larger,so as to promote the moving jaw plate to be close to the fixed position. When the moving jaw down,the Angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring,and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity at this time.
