Equipment introduction: Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the material is broken. The equipment is suitable for grinding all kinds of ores and other materials,both dry grinding and wet grinding.Mainly used in black, non-ferrous metal mining,building materials,chemical,electric power,coal,transportation,light industry and other industrial sectors.The ball mill produced by our company is supported by rolling bearings instead of bearing bush sliding bearings. According to the different discharging methods,it can be divided into two types:lattice type and overflow type.

Application:black,non-ferrous metal mining,building materials,chemical industry,light industry and other departments.

Applicable materials:All kinds of ores and other materials,can be both dry grinding and wet grinding.

Working principle:The ball mill can be divided into two types of lattice type and overflow type according to different ore
discharge ways.The machine is a two-bin lattice type ball mill.When the machine is working,the material is uniformly entered into the first bin of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft spiral. The bin is equipped with a step lining board or corrugated lining board, which is equipped with steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder will bring the steel balls to a certain height and then drop down, resulting in a heavy blow and grinding to the material.After the material reaches coarse grinding in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer compartments board.The bin is inlaid with flat lining board and loaded with steel ball, and the material is further ground.The powder material is discharged through the discharging grate to complete the grinding operation.

Equipment advantages: The hollow shaft of the ball mill is made of cast steel,the inner lining can be disassembled, the rotary gear is processed by casting hobbing,and the barrel is inlaid with wear-resistant lining board, which has good wear resistance.The machine runs smoothly and has reliable performance.

 

Ball mill installation matters:
The ball mill shall be installed on a firm concrete foundation.

The basic design and construction of the ball mill please refer to the ball mill assembly drawing and foundation drawing.

In order to ensure that the position accuracy of each part of the ball mill does not change greatly in the process of use,the foundation of the ball mill should adopt the whole structure.

The ball mill can be installed on the concrete foundation after its compressive strength reaches more than 75%.Before installation,the quality of the foundation shall be inspected,and the concrete shall have no defects affecting the strength,the number and location of the reserved holes shall meet the requirements, and there shall be no debris,water and oil in the reserved holes.

When the "ground wire method" is used for installation,the "center standard plate" should be embedded on the surface of the foundation.

Draw ALL CENTER LINES ON THE BASE BEFORE INSTALLATION AND MAKE BOLD DASH MARKS ON THE "CENTER PLATE" AS THE CENTER line reference DURING installation.

Before lifting,the ball mill shall be fully checked and accepted,and any problems found shall be dealt with in time.
1.Refer to the assembly drawing of main bearing parts for the specific requirements of main bearing parts.
2.See the assembly drawing of the rotary part for the cylinder part.
3.See the assembly drawing of the transmission part for the transmission part.
4.Refer to the assembly drawing for the overall relative position.
