Working principle: the motor drives the roller axis to rotate, and the reducer adjusts the cylinder to rotate at a certain speed. The material enters the cylinder from the feeding port. Under the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, the material rolls in the cylinder and precipitates through the grading screen from top to bottom. Due to the different grading sizes of the screen, the material is gradually separated and screened, The qualified materials fall into the respective funnels after screening, and then are transported out manually or sent to the finished product station by conveyor. The qualified products are discharged through the lower discharge port, and the particles are large. The unqualified products are discharged through another discharge port, and the cleaning device in the cylinder is used to prevent the screen from being blocked.
